"If I could give zero Stars I would. Went in to State Farm to ask them to replace two proof of insurance cards for my two cars through State farm. Woman Behind The Desk doesn't want to be there, you can tell. Besides the best course of action is to give me lip the entire time I'm there. All I needed was two insurance cards printed out. Terrible customer service. State Farm really needs to evaluate her employment. Not a good look Jaya"

We’d like to offer a bit of clarity, as we are aware of some of the confusion during your visit. Our office will always do everything we can to assist anyone who walks through our doors. However, when someone is insured through a different State Farm agency, we have limitations on what we’re able to access due to privacy and system restrictions.

Our team member made every effort to assist you while explaining boundaries of our capabilities, even while you were notably frustrated. That said, we never want anyone to feel anything less than respected and supported while in our office, and we sincerely apologize if that was your impression.

"Had been with them for over 15 years and over constant rate increases the final straw was that they had been charging me for my adult son (out of state) for almost 5 years! Receptionist had no compassion. Left to new insurance and price was about $2500 cheaper for homeowners and 3 cars. NOW issue is it’s been over two months and still haven’t received the $3500 refund for the homeowners policy premium!! Keep getting told check is in the mail. Do not recommend.

Added: we requested you remove our son’s car and him from our policy when he moved BUT you did not remove him from all the cars. I appreciate your escalation twice for the refund check but that still doesn’t explain why it is not being sent as my address has not changed and it’s been almost two months. Also, I was told I would get a return call which has not happened yet."

"We appreciate the feedback and acknowledge your long-standing relationship with us. We have worked closely with your family for many years, and we take all concerns very seriously.

We rely on our policyholders to notify us of changes, such as your adult son moving out of state. We had no record of a prior notification or request regarding your adult son, yet we took immediate action once you made us aware. Additionally, insurance rates are set by each State and each insurance carrier's actuarial team, and are beyond our control, much like mail delivery time.

We have twice escalated your missing refund check to our corporate offices, and we will continue to do so if this still goes unresolved. All staff members in this office are licensed insurance professionals that are trained to assist our customers, and as your local representatives there are limitations to our capabilities.

Should you continue to experience challenges regarding your refund check, or have any additional items to address, we kindly ask that you contact our office directly for more prompt assistance.

"Was looking for cheaper rates because our precious company increased our house insurance.
We had been State Farm customers for over 46 years. Changed last year when we purchased a home. Was not the right move we realized. Came back to the tried and true. Jeni was a great help and explained everything. And has been a smooth transfer back to State Farm. We are very pleased!"
